I used to swear by TBOF products but the quality has deteriorated across the board. I found a white hair and black bug in the jaggery block. This is unacceptable at this price point. Hints at substandard hygiene standards at the backend. Disappointed!

Hi, I have been using it for some time now, have ordered multiple time in past couple year. However this time, the taste doesn't look to be that good. It tastes same When I compare it with jaggery from the local store (chemically processed one). Also, it is quite hard and need good amount of efforts to break into small pieces. Certainly not the same when which I used to receive earlier.

Very neat and clean jaggery and best in taste without any extraneous taste. Really loved it. However, it's packaging in one piece is difficult to use and reuse, therefore, I suggest manufacturer to give packaging in small lumps or cubes. ????????
