I have received the product with a broken plastic cap. Even though the plastic container is sealed, the jaggery powder inside it totally became very hard as if the moisture went inside so the seal is basically nothing but a showcase. Overall a bad experience and waste of money.

The taste of the jaggery was not very good. Just an ok product. When I received the order the lid of the contianer was broken and the seal was already open.... actually the jaggery powder was falling out of the low quality plastic tin into the packing. I had no other option but to keep it with me since it was checked two days later from the date of delivery
