Taste is Nostalgic and Sweetness is moderate. You can trust the product in that sense. The only thing you may not like is the slight variation in taste, when compared with Sugar or Normal Jaggery powder. I have been using Diabliss Jaggery Powder and Diabliss Sugar before this. Decided to use one bottle of Palm jaggery because of its lower GI index. I confirm that the product is worth.
