This is my third order. I am repeating the earlier review.This is a wonderful product for people suffering from sugar problems. The GI value of Sugar and Ordinary Jaggery are 63 and 84 respectively. On the other hand it's just 35 for Palm jaggery.Hence it will certainly help you to reduce your blood sugar level. Now, whether it's pure Palm jaggery or a mix is something a lab/ scientist can confirm. But the taste, texture etc suggest that it's certainly worth trying.
