It's an adulterated product. They mixed white sugar (sugarcane) and Jaggery powder with palm sugar. As I am from South tamilnadu, I can able to figure out the taste. The worst part here is, you can see the white sugar crystals very clearly.

Taste is Nostalgic and Sweetness is moderate. You can trust the product in that sense.The only thing you may not like is the slight variation in taste, when compared with Sugar or Normal Jaggery powder. I have been using Diabliss Jaggery Powder and Diabliss Sugar before this. Decided to use one bottle of Palm jaggery because of its lower GI index.I confirm that the product is worth.
