Tastes great, slight toffee/ caramel type flavour. Will take a couple of tries to understand how to substitute it for processed sugar since it isn't as sweet. For eg - I use 1 spoon of white sugar for tea but have to use 2 spoons of jaggery powder.

I use this product for all milk and other sweet preparations, except for tea. The product is tasty,free flowing and cleanly packed in reusable plastic jars. On the only flip side it is very costly, almost 10 times the cost of normal processed cane sugar.
