Very good alternative to unhealthy refined white sugar. Also great for diabetic and high blood pressure patients. If you are concern about calories then Stevia is zero calorie which is WOW.Disclaimer: If a sweet after taste (which you may have experienced after eating sugar free tablets) bothers you then you can think about buying it though the after taste is very mild. Frankly the after taste is the thing which I liked about this product the most???? but overall it's a great product.
