For 200gm of powder, this stevia/erythritol combo is a good price compared to many of the other products out there. My husband and I tested our blood glucose after adding it to tea/coffee and it raised our blood sugar negligibly. This is the true test of any of the sweeteners out there. Some other brands add in other "natural" ingredients, fillers, or flavorings that end up adding carbs and do, in fact, raise your blood sugar even though they claim it doesn't have any carbs. One so called carb free liquid stevia/erythritol combo raised my glucose by 30 points. That's a spike-no thanks! Zindagi passed our tests--we are really glad because we like the taste.

The product is really a very good substitute for sugar . Very helpful for diabetes, cholesterol and wt loss.It might be expensive but it's worth it for chronical ailmemts. And also u need to add only 1 spoon of it for 2 cups of tea . You can add it to foods as well and no side effects as it's plant based and not syntheticThe product delivered was also well packed, good quality not humid, nor sticky and came with samples of it's green ta sachets which also tasted well.

Because I am used to having Splenda and other similar sweeteners it is difficult for me to make a transition to Stevia. Though the bottle says no aftertaste but I do find it slightly bitter.
