Stevia by default has a bitter aftertaste so cant blame this product for that. It is a good product for people on weight watch or who are on high fat low calorie diet. I personally prefer this with cold beverages like lime water and ice tea home made. With hot beverages this does not taste good to me at all so I have all hot ones without sugar or stevia
