I bought this for my parents who have diabetes. If you have diabetes then use it. It's a great product. 1 pellet is enough for a cup of tea or coffee. Don't overuse it. If you are not diabetic don't use this. It will have bad effects on your health. Also in general decrease sugar intake so that you can both stay away from diabetes and having a need for this product.
