good packaging single pouch is enough for 1 cup of tea , easily mix up in anything liquidI use this for last 7 months and i found it same taste as sugar and best thing is if you use this you can enjoy sweetness same as sugar but almost without calories which will help to maintain your weight because as far i know sugar has high amount of sugar which promopts fat.
