Stevia is the best alternative for Sugar and is safe for Diabetics and weight watchers.I have used Stevia from different brands before but this is the one which I liked and it doesn't give that bitter kind of taste in mouth after usage.One sachet is good enough for 2 cups of milk or tea.

It was written on the packet that, 1 sachet=2Tbs but after using it for like 2-3 days I can say that they need correction,and it should be , 2 sachet=1tsp. The taste is like an artificial sweetener (close to sugar-free tablets ).As currently its the only sweetener without side effects according to research,I'll say our options are limited.

It isn't very sweet. Gives an after taste of Anise as it belongs to the same family of plants. Can use it in masala chai and to sweeten sauces. Not a good choice for sweetening coffe and sweet dishes
