I've been using Stevia powder "Sugar Free Green" by Zydus Wellness. It was an excellent substitute for sugar and taste was good too (initially one will be bothered by the slight bitter aftertaste which we adapt to). Only issue was that the Polyols present in the powder was distrupting my gut and causing acidity. Moreover it has few additives along with Stevia powder.As an alternative I decided to try out Nutritjet Stevia Drops. BIG PLUS is that there are no additives(except water) unlike Stevia Powder. But this has almost no sweetness. If one follows the recommended serving size of 2 drops, your tea or coffee will not have any sweetness. 5-6 drops per tea cup seems to be the ideal serving size. Shaking the bottle before use seems to help a tiny bit. I WILL NOT recommend this product.Exploring a bit, decided to try Sweetmate Stevia Drops. This gives sufficient sweetness with just 2 drops. Also it's bottle does not need any shaking before use. I willnrecommend SWEETMATE STEVIA DROPS.I have not tried either product for baking, however I have used the Stevia Powder several times while baking cakes and it is fine.
