This is not brown sugar, NOT Muscovado. This is small sized white sugar crystals coated with brown colour, maybe caramel or molasses. If you just add a little water to a pinch of the sugar and stir it, the water will become brown and you will see the white sugar crystals at the bottom. Cheated.
