Our raw sugar is healthier than brown and white sugar as it is unrefined and free of chemical such as bleach. It contains minerals like phosphorus calcium iron magnesium and potassium. To make raw sugar the juice from sugarcane is first extracted then concentrated after which the solution is crystallized. Raw sugar is approximately 96-98% sucrose. The nearly pure sugar crystal is covered by a thin film of molasses which is then purified and the final product is our golden-brown raw sugar. It can be used in tea and coffee and for baking as well.

Absolutely genuine product. This who are looking for purchasing "khand" from authentic online store then this is it. Even local khaand that you get on the general stores can be adulterated with sugar. But this is true brown without added sweetener khaand. A perfect substitute for white sugar which is poison.

The recent product which was received had a tremendous change in the taste and texture of the product. The colour is way lighter than the initial product and is light brown rather than the dark brown and the granual is changed as well.
