This is a great olive oil for cooking, if you're looking for an affordable option go for this one. Do not buy the pomace oil, as thats not meant for cooking and isn't good for health. Buy the extra virgin one. Its best for drizzling on salads too. The only downside I'd point is that it comes in a plastic packaging whereas I prefer my olive oil to be in glass bottles. Other than that its perfect

The last I bought a 1litre olive oil bottle... It came in a glass bottle with bubble wrap and neat packaging. Although, it was a different brand. This came in a plastic bottle☹️. Got a little disappointed. Anyway, I used it on my skin and hair. It was great for moisturization purpose. Hair became so soft after the use.

The product was received undamaged in a plastic, non-amber coloured bottle. There is a hint of mustard oil pungency. The taste is acidic, mildly peppery, and thin texture. I use it mostly for skin and hair. But overall good for this price range. If you are looking for more a more refined experience might have to spend more and do a bit more research.

The bottle is not glass so it doesn't have the risk of shattering due to slippery, oily hands. The mouth has a good system of releasing oil that prevent spilling.This is my 3-4 th purchase of this brand.Best for hair use, heavy enough to control frizz and get rid of dandruff.Not good for cooking- the heat threshold for this class of oil is very low, only for salads.

I shouldn't have to tell you why olive oil is good for you . Amongst the others that I've tried , I found this one to quite good.( I only tried different EXTRA VIRGIN olive oils ).Yes, it comes in a plastic bottle and I stored it in a cabinet and no quality was compromised. It is good believe me.I have food allergies and changing oil affects me. But I had no problems with this oil. I have used along groundnut and sunflower oil from other brands no problem .If you check around on Amazon ,you'll see the image for proper usage of oil. PLEASE FOLLOW IT .Many people would want to use it for other purposes than cooking and I can't comment on that as I don't .I have used this as salad dressing and for light stir fry. Works quite well.
