I personally don't find it very good...it contains 98%refined olive oil and 2% cold pressed. Olive oil...it's like any other refined oil...Disano oil has no smell ..althought price is a bit less than any other olive oil...that's because it's quality is such as its price ....I would recommend to go for any other olive oil like Figaro....which I find better ..although both are from Spain ...but Figaro oil is a bit costlier...so I would recommend you to buy 5L or 2L container which. Would be cheaper..than small version
