For myself this virgin oil is very good because I have a high level of cholesterol due to taken saturated fat containing oil . When I test for my lipid profile and contact to the doctor then He suggested to take unsaturated fat containing oil like oleeve oil of best quality. It isn’t quite flavourful and has great value. The scent is also good. The only problem was the packaging. It was pretty busted when I received it. I understand the commodity was on the heavier side. Hence, the packaging should have been better. It was almost completely open on both sides. The handle is missing and the product is damaged however, it not leaking nor cracked. And because of the circumstances I just accepted it. However, the packaging should be improved.

Oils should never be packed in plastic bottles and the one sent to me was. Olive oil has a very delicate flavour which most people cannot even distinguish. Plastic bottle just murders the flavours. Make sure you get the glass bottle if you are ordering. Not to mention its more eco friendly too.

Me and my family have been using Broges Extra Virgin olive oil for past year. Usually I go with the 1L bottle for 2 reasons :- 1) east to handle 2) it's a glass bottle therefore no plastic used. This is the first time I ordered the 2L bottle, it's a little heavier to use and the container is of plastic which I am not a fan off, nevertheless the product remains amazing. Thanks. (P.s 2L is expensive than. 1 L)
