The oil itself deserves very good quality. It has superb aroma of sesame. Normally the oil is best for winter season. Because the nature of sesame oil is hot. But I have been using the very oil of Anveshan Farms on daily basis cooking purpose for long time and I also like to consume it in upcoming days subject to no deterioration of the quality of the same. Because the said oil is ideal for those who have lost their digestive power.
