I started incorporating millets in my diet and this turned out to be the perfect taster pack. I could decide which millet suits my routine/ use for a particular recipe and buy in bulk accordingly.I soak the millets for 6-8 hrs before cooking. They take about 15-20 minutes to cook on a stovetop, not pressure cooker, requires more water and time then the instructions given. As I was new to millets, I researched on the water ratio for each millet and cook accordingly.The millets are clean, no stones or other particles. The one thing which can be improved upon is the packaging. The plastic packets are quite delicate and filled fully, so they tend to rip apart easily spilling all over.

Please do not buy from this vendor. My order was for Siridhanya i.e. foxtail, browntop, little, barnyard and kodo. Even though order was for these 5 millets, actual millets are different and not above five. Also millet quality is bad with lot of grainy content. One of the pack was brocken open with the millets lying all over. The photo of the same was uploaded yet have not heard from them.
