Disadvantages

Useless, polished and crushed. All lignans are removed by removing outer skin. This is like refined kodo suji and no benefits of whole unpolished millet, for which we purchased. So, never buy this product. Hopeless product, waste of money.

Halal certification helps brands to sell their products to other countries like UAE and all. This is a vegetarian product. I have seen so many wrongly reviews by misinformed individuals regarding issues with halal certification. If Indian products are halal certified those products are permissible to be sold in Islamic countries, bringing more revenue to India! This is easy during production and packaging and export to attach halal certification!! Please educate yourselves.

Probably the worst listed food item Silkrute India. Polished grains, with multiple stones found mixed. Substandard quality and Cherry on top is that it's halal product. Fully waste of Money purchase !
