When I first purchased, i think it was good, I did not observe. Not 100% pure. Powder like substance in ghee is visible after heating. As soon as you it, heat it indirectly and check if you can find something, filter it and consume.

I somehow convinced my mom to use this product everyday in the morning on an empty stomach. good ghee. They claimed 100% a2 cow ghee and I felt while having it. Digest easily and won't felt heavy on stomach. aroma is little low don't know why but better than than normal ghee available in market.

Call it liquid Gold or liquid Sunshine, ghee should be included in every person's diet. So I was told by my dietician to add ghee instead of refined oil to my diet. I decided to tryJiva A2 ghee brand. The one kg glass jar was vacuum sealed and delivered with utmost care This ghee has a sweet aroma to it. The texture is good and once added to dals or gravies it mixes quickly. Also adds a nice flavour and aroma to food. The eggs and parathas I made today were extremely delicious and reminded me of my grandmother's cooking.
