It is best ghee ever.It reflects the quality in its taste. The texture is very smooth when it is heated and granular when kept at the room temperature. The smell is the smell when you cook the real butter and makes the ghee at home. Everyone in the house loved it. It is not heavy in taste and can be digested easily. There is a desi feeling with this ghee like my dadi used to make.
