Tip: Ghee must always be consumed with hot items specially liquids like daal kadhi milk etc. Cooking food in ghee makes it tastier as well as healthy ! Our Process is completely based on ancient Indian traditions. We use hand-churrn techniques to get the purest and finest ghee; in our procedure we use 30 litres A2 milk into curd which is coalesced and hand-churned to finally produce 1 litre of Vedic Ghee. Step 1 : In a clay pot unprocessed fresh and raw milk is boiled and converted into curd Step 2 : Hand-churned process is used with a wooden churner also known as Bilona in Indian language Step 3 : We obtain the butter in this process then separate it. Step 4 : Separated butter (makkhan) is then boiled in an iron vessel on sim fire.

Tried this product for the first time. Though they claim it to be desi cow ghee, it had neither the color nor the aroma of cow ghee. Taste is also pretty average. It is as good as any other ghee brands available in market which are non desi cow. I am confused, not sure if their claim is true.

Review - I usually don't write reviews for any product..but this ghee deserves my review .This is the best ghee I have ever tasted available in the market..i have tried many other products but this comes out as the champion amongst all..PURE,FRESH,GENUINE,AROMATIC,made by NATURAL TRADITIONAL PROCESS without adding any synthetic elements..I can say this for sure because my grandparents were involved in farming business ,had lots of Gir cows and they also confirmed this as a genuine product. Excellent packing too. Kudos for such an amazing n pure product n hope that Shree Radhey Dairy Farm will continue to mantain the originality/quality n purity in future also

THE GHEE IS VERY LIGHT AND TASTES OK. ITS HEALTH BENEFIT CANT BE JUDGED WITHOUT USING THE PRODUCT FOR A CONSIDERABLE PERIOD OF TIME. BUT ONE SMALL QUESTION IN MY MIND ABOUT THE PURITY BECAUSE QUALITY AS DESCRIBED IS VERY DIFFICULT TO BE MAINTAINED WHEN ITS COMMERCIALLY MARKETED......DAILY PRODUCTION CAPACITY VIS-A-VIS SUPPLY QUANTITY. NEEDS TO BE CLARIFIED BY THE MARKETING PEOPLE.
