Our Process is completely based on ancient Indian traditions. We use hand-churrn techniques to get the purest and finest ghee; in our procedure we use 30 litres A2 milk into curd which is coalesced and hand-churned to finally produce 1 litre of Vedic Ghee. Step 1 : In a clay pot unprocessed fresh and raw milk is boiled and converted into curd Step 2 : Hand-churned process is used with a wooden churner also known as Bilona in Indian language Step 3 : We obtain the butter in this process then separate it. Step 4 : Separated butter (makkhan) is then boiled in an iron vessel on sim fire.

I am fond of ghee.... after so much of research (by reviews) i thought this could be a better option to go on....but once i ordered i found the ghee has no smell or aroma neither even it tastes better..... i am sure they might have added some adulterants......so its a waste of money and time..... people say they like it but i wouldn't like to comment upon it.... i also suspect that some of the adulterated substances are also pushed through amazon.... one need to be careful and amazon can make certain guidelines by which they could avoid such fake products..... so i cant dare to buy again or suggest someone to go for.

Probably the best ghee i have tasted. It is costly compared to normal ghee but A2 ghee, made in tradition way by churning curd will be costly to make compared to commercial ghee made directly from milk.

I have been using this ghee for more than an year now. Quality seems to have dropped recently. Taste, texture and colour were significantly different this time from what it was before and from my homemade a2 ghee. I now have my doubts on it. Will be trying another brand.
