Fresh, natural & wholesome - Milk that speaks for itself. Still, there's a story to be told, and a pretty interesting one! How we came to be? During our childhood, Maa used to give us a glassful of milk right out of a clay pot as soon as we got back from school. This clay pot was kept in a Barosi. Barosi is a small pit dug on the ground lined with wooden pieces and cow dung cakes for heating the clay pot on a very low flame. After sitting for a couple of hours in the simmering flame of Barosi, the milk gets an amazingly earthy aroma. Yes, we can still smell it! And this memory is what gave birth to our brand - Barosi.

One bottle was solid and other was semi solid not sure the reason behind it but taste was same.I use to bring ghee from organic store use be good brands like Happy milk, Just Organic.But this doesn't give flavor like other desi cow ghee. since I don't have testing kit not sure what to comment but personally i couldn't like it.

I ordered it. When the order arrived, the packaging was very impressive & well packed for safety, neat & spillproof. The taste of the ghee is so delicious, the texture is so smooth & dense. The aroma was so great. I tried out the ghee with smashed, boiled potatoes & plain steam rice. It was simply great in taste. I loved the product & would like to try more such products from Barosi.
