Fresh, natural & wholesome - Milk that speaks for itself. Still, there's a story to be told, and a pretty interesting one! How we came to be? During our childhood, Maa used to give us a glassful of milk right out of a clay pot as soon as we got back from school. This clay pot was kept in a Barosi. Barosi is a small pit dug on the ground lined with wooden pieces and cow dung cakes for heating the clay pot on a very low flame. After sitting for a couple of hours in the simmering flame of Barosi, the milk gets an amazingly earthy aroma. Yes, we can still smell it! And this memory is what gave birth to our brand - Barosi.

The consistency, flavour, aroma are beyond what you can expect in a market full of ghees that are more marketing and less value. Will order again for sure.Now come to the honey..Barosi Honey taste is so pure & 100% RAW!honey is clean tasting , has a floral aroma, and is simply delicious.This honey straight from the hive to packaging. It has a smooth very rich tasting satisfying taste. It spreadslike real honey should. ( not easy ).This product is awesome! Flavour of this ghee was the best. Till I found this on my ghee. It looks like a fungus . I am surprise to see this on ghee. Please be careful when u buy this product. I realised in India nothing is pure or vegan .

The product packaging was excellent so was the taste but... After a couple of days to use the product started smelling like stale used oil and no one was ready the consume it. Hence wasted. A 600 rupee ghee tastes better than this. An honest advice - Buy it if you want your money down the drain...

Heard about this brand from almost all friends in gurgaon. Luckily got it on Silkrute too, must have been a recent listing. If i talk about quality, you can not compare with big brands, because its far far better than any of the big brands. Order one for yourself and i am sure you will order more. This ghee arrived in good looking bottles in a well packed box without any damage. The colour was clear. However, it lacks the rich flavour and aroma of pure gawa ( cow's milk ) ghee. A trifle underwhelmed.

The quality of ghee is really worst. I have tasted ghee from villages and that too of buffalo and cow both. And this ghee taste terrible and not at all genuine.
