I have always used Desi ghee in all my cooking and since I am buying A2 cow milk...I wanted to try A2 desi cow ghee by Barosi as well. This Ghee is natural and preservative free. The fragrance, the consistency, the grainy texture and the taste are just like what we used to get at home. The taste of food is so enhanced with this ghee that my kid likes the food only cooked in it. It's good on digestion too. Highly recommended for every household.

Disadvantages

This ghee is not churned from curds as its mentioned in the description but churned from regular butter as is clearly printed on the label. Not worth the price. Anveshan A2 Ghee, although priced even higher, is anyday better.

My mother in law always made ghee at home because whenever we used packed ghee it used to smell very different from how homemade ghee is but not this one. This ghee smells and tastes exactly like homemade pure ghee. I used it in daal tadka and spread in on chapatis it tastes awesome. And packing is very elegant. I recommend ??

Do not buy this nakli ghee ,as it has similar smell as dalda ghee , even there is no single Dana I have seen in this cow ghee ,rather buying this product I would suggest to eat mustard oil ,
