I am so disappointed with this order. I live outside India and had ordered 5k for pack to take it with me. The product that was delivered is nearing to expiry date. Just less than a month left for expiry. This is really bad! Please don’t sell such bearing to expiry date products!!!!!!

It is really good and different atta what we used earlier for making rotis.I feel it is really made from different wheat what we earlier used.so no doubt it is really wheat what our forefathers used to eat.good and healthy.no problem for making rotis.but one thing I want to say to makers is make it little affordable and cost wise cheap so that all people of India can use it and be healthy as it is necessary for these times. Colour of rotis is little brownish but don't go for colour.

I personally think this is not a Khapli wheat flour, i have been using Khapli wheat flour for 2 years. My regular brand was not available and hence i had to choose this alternative Major issues i noticed 1. Generally Khapli wheat flours are low on gluten, i see significant gluten in this. Roti's are very soggy, generally khapli rotis will be slightly on crispier and flaky 2. Khapli roti's generally have slight red color, but color with this is same as traditional wheat flour 2. I did controlled glucose test after eating roti from this brand and my other brand. I see significant spike in blood glucose level with this flour

Many people who suffer due to Gluten intolerance should try this atta at least once & you might solve your problem completely. I have now been using it for 2 months & have zero gluten intolerance issues. After many many years I had stuffed aalloo ka prantha, palak aur bathue ka prantha this winter for the first time.

Dough is extremely soft but lacks white color as chapatis made are extremely brown color. This ata is good for chapatis only and not best for paranthas as crispiness is missing. So recommend to anyone who likes soft chapatis without color issues and doesn't make too many paranthas. Rest all ok with this product.
