It is an excellent product. Very good rice four - I just have no idea what people use it for primarily. It is very soft, not super fluffy. It does not make cookies well - they stay real thick like a bar, but banana bread it is ok...just makes it more like a compact cake (and yes, I always add either baking powder or baking soda). I bought it because I cant find real unbleached flour in India...everything at the grocery stores is real heavy.

This best rice flour. I use this in different type of dishes. It's quite good substitute of arrowroot powder. Makes aalo tikki more crispy. Very fine powder. I also use this in face pack too. Completely worth it
