Product Description:

How to use?
SPROUTED RAGI PORRIDGE
Take 1/3 cup of Sprouted Ragi Flour and make a thick paste with water.
Add this to 2 cups of boiling milk of your choice and cook for 4-5 minutes
Add any fruit puree to sweeten it and top it up with nuts and seeds powder to make it more nutrients dense
SPOUTED RAGI DOSA/IDLY
Soak 1/3 cup urad daal and 1 tsp fenugreek seeds for 6- 8hrs
Make a paste and add 1 cup Ragi Flour
Make a smooth batter
You can keep this mixture for fermentation for 8-10hrs or you can use it to make instant dosa too
Same batter can be used to make IDLY
RAGI CHEELA
Mix 1 cup flour, 1/3 cup buttermilk, 2/3 cup water, 1/2 cup grated veggies of choice, coriander leaves, salt and spice as per choice.
Spread on tawa and cook with ghee.
RAGI HALWA
Add 3 tsp ghee in a pan
Saute 2-3 tsp of finely chopped nuts as per choice and put aside.
Saute 1 cup flour in ghee for 3-4minutes
Add 4 cups water to cook
Add dates paste/ powder as per taste to sweeten
RAGI ROTI/PARATHA
Mix 2/3 cup Ragi Flour & 1/3 cup mashed boiled potato.
Make a dough with moderately hot water.
Roll into Roti and cook on flame. Cook with ghee to make parantha
