Well to be honest, I got this atta today...I used to eat normally 5 or 6 chapatis..but today I ate only 4 in my lunch....let's keep the fingers crossed and see if I lose my weight or not.... would write my next review after a month.

Tastes like normal chapati, carbs are on the higher side but if you can manage those carbs in your daily keto macros then great. It’s better than all the keto flours I have tasted (ones with seed flour) they are slimy and oily. This is a good alternative. Good for keto diet

I’ve tried many keto attas and even tried blending my own mixture in the past, but this by far has the most superior taste and it’s almost difficult to differentiate it with regular rotis. I just finished my first pack pack and ordered the other one of 3 kgs.
