could not use it alone as the roti became hard in no time .there was a bitter after taste . so had to mix 50% wheat flour. now it comes out good .

I had been looking for an atta that has less carbs and is cheap. My search has finally ended with brown x atta. It is extremely healthy so I'm not guilt ridden even after having more rotis than I should. The other attas that I have tried usually leaves a bitter after taste, this does not and it tastes very similar to the normal wheat atta roti. Rotis are a little thicker than normal but are extremely soft so it's not a problem. I hope this helps. You should definitely give it a try. You will really like it???

This is a very good aata for the ones on keto or low carb diet. Moreover, the followup emails from the sellar are vwey helpful. This is something new that I experienced. I really like their after sales service, they are always available for any queries. The aata is very helpful for my husband since he is on a keto diet. I would use it again for sure.
