The color of the whole udath has changed which means it’s an old dal. Udath tastes better when white and newer the dal better they grind for Idlis and Dosas. It will help customers if the manufacturing date is visible to view before ordering. Just a suggestion to the Silkrute Fresh team. I have used the dal to make Idli batter and it’s soft and nice.

This time Rice which I purchased is very bad quality and Lot of white colour small warms are in side the pocket. I think due to very old stock this might be. I bought 2 5 kg bags both are fulls of warms ?????? ???? ???? ??????? ????????. It’s not the quality humans cannot consume it.
