This suffers from the same problem as suhana biryani masala. There's something that's making it too spicy. The spices are not balanced somehow.When you take ready-to-eat food - it has a particular taste by which you can always make it this was a ready-to-eat food. This masala has the same taste.I followed the recipe exactly as per instructions because I have measurement jars at home. Still it didn't taste good.1) Salt was less as per recipe which I adjusted2) It's wayyyy toooo sweeet. Maybe cinnamon is too much (dalchini). ITC chefs might have created a good dish. But after manufacturing process to replicate that masala the dalchini has become too much enhanced. I think even pepper is too much.Overall, it's an slightly worse than okay biryani. Never want to eat this flavour again!
