I have been using the powder to make cheese. The packaging has changed. Now it is in a ox while earlier it was in a zip lock bag. Now I have to inbox and pack in a zip lock and that’s inconvenient.The powder does not dissolve easily. It is lumpy and I have to use a strainer.The taste is above average

They used to say add 2 tbsp in 200ml water to make a milk, but I think it needs 3 to 3.5 tbsp to make 200ml milk with the desired consistency.
