Goat's milk is better to have than cow's milk during the day is what I had felt, and I am glad I tried this product out. This milk in contrast to cow's milk is extremely light, a mood uplifter, and gives 'josh' for the day, seriously! The packet says to add two scoops to one glass hot or warm water. I have been adding one scoop and I'm fine with it. What's more, after having this milk, I feel hungry very soon. So it must be helping in digestion. I am glad I bought this and will continue to do so in future. Milk powder makes it easy to manage. To cancel out the goat's milk taste, I block my nose while gulping it down and immediately eat dates or something else. But after a few days, now I am used to the taste and dont mind it. :)The only downside of goat's milk is that it is highly priced.

Advantages

They used to say add 2 tbsp in 200ml water to make a milk, but I think it needs 3 to 3.5 tbsp to make 200ml milk with the desired consistency.

Bought this for my dog to balance his gut health - worried he might not like it made from powder instead of fresh. NOPE! He LOVES it! I ended up making a pitcher full and keeping in the fridge to give him 8oz a day with his kibble. We even made some ice cube treats with it and he loves those too. Perfect for its purpose!
