Spice Drop has raised the bar for what comes out of Indian stable of Masalas. Right from packaging to the product inside, its something which is worth admiring. Might feel a tad expensive, but its a price to pay for authentic convenience.

I've quite a lot of experience with original vanilla pods so I'll tell you that this is certainly made of natural vanilla. That said, I will give it only 3 stars and I'm also sure most people will not like this because (a) It's clear that the beans used to make this are of relatively low quality, and (b) The average person's idea of what vanilla smells like is substantially different from what vanilla REALLY smells like. The low quality of beans is what ensures that the price of this extract is so low - my estimate is that 20ml of extract would've taken at least 7-8 pods which would cost Rs. 1200-1500 or more at normal retail prices - this extract costs Rs. 400).My suggestion is that the average person should stick to the vanilla essence from the corner grocery store/Big Bazaar.
