There is nothing niche about this product that justifies the price other than its claim about being made by two moms for kids. It is just regular pancake mix and in terribly small quantity. It does not spread well on regular non-nonstick tawa. I stay away from anything teflon coated. It does not come off other dosa pans. It is just a pain to make it forget eating it ! Just over priced with fancy tags.
