These pancakes are crispy from outside and soft from inside . My 3 years old child just love the chocolate flavour and it is very soft that it melts in the mouth.She loves to eat . It dont take time to cook and the taste is also very yummy . It is simply easy to make and good to eat .I have topped it up with strawberry and the tasted of it just got doubled . I really liked this pancake. It's really awesome. Tastes good. Easy to make.This is the first time I have ever tried pancakes ever. It tastes really good ( though I don't have anything to compare it to). It's fluffy, it's sweet but not too sweet. I even tried to make uttappam with it ( I am a student and I tried a fast alternative to the traditional method) and surprisingly it didn't taste sweet at all. All the sweetness can easily be maksed with regular toppings.This mix really makes nice and fluffy pancakes.This Pancake mix is really easy to use ,just have to mix the ready flour mix with appropriate amount of water to make the batter!

I really loved the level of ease and convenience it provided while making pancakes.. earlier I use to struggle due to overdryness sometimes with other brands. By just adding a little milk and chopped apples, nuts and bananas this makes nice snacks for my kids. You can keep it for longer too. It will not turn dry ..happy with it and it's my regular choice now.
