My children love pan cakes. It’s very easy to make as we need to mix mixture in water and slightly grease the pan with oil and pour the batter on pan and flip it after golden brown . After that I serve them with chocolate syrup. It doesn’t have much sugar. Taste is good and very easy to make.

Very simple to make, even children can prepare pancakes with it. Has a slight sweet taste--which some of us in India may not like, as we are used to spicy chutney/sauce kinds of breakfast. For others, you can go for it blindly! I got it at an unbelievable price of Rs 75! It's no longer available at that price i think, but even at regular price, it is worth buying. I had with chocolate syrup, country sugar, sweet tomato sauce. Haven't tried honey yet. My 9-year old nephew liked it too.

I used appam Patra for small tiny pancakes and it turned out really well. One can also add sugar in batter coz batter doesn't tastes sweet. Just a plain pancakes doesn't give good taste so I made Oreo chocolate pancakes.
