This is pretty much the only thing that puts me to sleep. I've always had trouble sleeping, but this really helps. Also is a great drink after a heavy meal. Very tasty - I usually have it with honey.

I don't like commercial teas. Even I don't even drink tea honestly. Whenever I feel a headache or cold from sinus. I make green tea and add local palm jaggery into it. It's refreshing and also good for reducing sinuses and if you have cold it even reduce it.

"NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT"The worst packaging of green tea I have ever experienced. Unable to carry to office or somewhere else. Have to carry pouches in some other box as the pouches dont have any wrapping over it.Beyond all, the thred attched with pouch is sticked with gum. While degumming deligately, the pouch get torned and dust surfaced in the water.The pouch is made of worst quality. It seems like plastic. The micro plastic get dissolved in water.Taste doesnt even feel. It is tasteless.

Great tea with benefits of ashwagandha and turmeric. Ashwagnadha should always be taken with sweetened milk (diary or coconut or almond milk if vegan, hot-warm is best for health and abosrbed by body easily). it helps with cold coughs and bronchitis. More beneficial in winters. This product is really good for people with Kapha and Vaata doshas , Pitta dosha people should go easy on this product as Ashwagandha and turmeric are warming herbs so milk is necessary else it can increase pitta.. I wish the company could provide some basic info on the herbs that are used in these teas.
