For a year or two, TGL used to be an excellent brand, but this time I got a package of tea that smelt bad and tasted bad.I contacted support, and asked for a replacement, but they refused saying that I bought it from Silkrute.So, don't buy from this company unless you're okay with occasional spoilt tea coming your way and no help from the company when it happens.

Tasteless, does not have the flavour of Earl Grey and the Bergamot Essence is missing completely. So a weak watery concoction is what is achieved. Very disappointed. Not worth it.
