Best green tea, better than lipton and other brandsFor make it more tastier ,Use a good quality transparent cup and pour hot water with green tea extract , add honey instead of sugar , add a pinch of cardamom powder (if you like cardamom) and don't forget to add lemon juice....and stir it,and sip it when lukewarm , you feel just like you drink Nimbu Pani/lemonade with a distinct pleasant flavour .REMEMBER GREEN TEA IS MUCH BETTER AND HELTHIER THAN BLACK TEA OR A REGULAR TEA .

Hai guys..!??I usually takes around 4-6 glasses of green tea per day and this is one of my favourite..!??But this green tea is a bit stronger than other brands..!?(Try to drink the green tea as soon as you prepared otherwise the colour and the taste will get changed)If you are a health concerned person try to include atleast one glass of green tea per day.??If you dont like the taste of green tea,then just add half slice of lemon along with the tea as soon as you prepared it and this will helps to change the overall taste.(Lemon will boosts our immune system too)??Green tea has the following benefits..!?Improves brain function.?? Helps to burn fat( if you are trying to get slim,then dont forget to add Green tea).??Reduces the risk of cancer.??Improves cardiovascular function.??Reduces the chance of obesity and Alzheimers diseases and many more benefits. ??Reduces belly fat.Thats all i wanna say..!
