Recommended to have 2 or 3 cups of plain green tea everyday without Sugar and Milk. It helps to detoxify your system and in the long run to shed weight. I have plain Green tea (2 Mugs) in the morning and a refreshing mug of green tea, WITH Ginger, mint and lemon in the evening! Recommend to buy BOTH PLAIN GREEN TEA and tea bags with Ginger, Mint and Lemon! IMPORTANT: Never boil the water with the tea leaves in it. The water should be less than the boiling temperature( 85 degrees - which is not possible to measure though) Before it reaches the boiling temperature switch off the gas and add some Green Tea and most importantly leave it for about 5 to 10 minutes before you drain the same. In case of Tea Bags - put a Tea bag in the mug and pour the water (NOT BOILING water) into it and wait for at least 2 to 3 minutes before you drink the same. I think that sums up how to enjoy the benefits of Green Tea and its health benefits.
