I have been using Taj Mahal tea for years if not decades. For the first time I ordered a “long leaf “ Taj Mahal tea pack. On opening I found green leaf bits in addition to a few long curly leaves. While the latter was expected, I never expected any bits of green leaves ! I am yet to be convinced that it is not some impurity in the product packed by the manufacture !

It's no longer vaccum sealed. I have been using it for years, and the vacuum seal really used to seal the freashness and aroma in. That's missing now.The addition of green leaves has brought down the flavour levels drastically. I use it brewed, so the loss of flavour is even more prominent.Feeling sad at the loss of an iconic brand and taste.
