This is one of the best loose leaf teas I have bought on Amazon. The taste is authentic and one can see that the leaves are not blended. I have this as black tea with a little lemon or with lemongrass boiled before I shut the burner and add these leaves almost a minute later.

1 - This tea is manufactured at amalgamated plantation at Assam. So it’s not Darjeeling tea. Company cheated US. 2- taste of the tea is below average. There is no flavour. I have tasted makaibari tea so I know a little bit how the Darjeeling is actually tastes.

This is an excellent alternate to Lipton Green label Darjeeling tea, which has been increasing prices quite rapidly in past few years due to absence of competition. Thanks Tata for launching this option. I feel, the quality is equivalent or better. Price is still a bit high, but is acceptable due to expensive competition..
