The product has a tag of packed Dec 2020. Purchased Jan 2021. N By May 2021 the product is already spoilt. On the packet it says shelf life is 12 months. We have been cheated.

The flavour and aroma are amazing but simply mixing water gives a very thin consistency. I mix a spoon of milk powder to get the thickness of milk so that it feels like real tea. It's also cheaper, even for a wholesale pack, compared to other companies.

The premix is not that great, the flavor is mild and definitely not value for money. Need to add a little more qty of premix to great the proper taste of the tea
