Boba baba tapioca pearls are made from tapioca starch and are 100% gluten-free. the boba can be used in tea iced tea coffee and milkshakes. they are available in a variety of flavours such as black ( original) strawberry black currant green apple mango lychee etc. they are easy to cook and takes only 5 minutes to prepare. It was quick and easy to cook and tastes exactly like store bought tapioca pearls. Although i'm used to them being a lot larger and softer. These were kinda hard despite boiling them till they were floating, leaving them to sit for 15 mins and then soaking then in sugar syrup. The final product too wasn't quite authentic but that has more to do with the tea i used. I made coffee and matcha and they tastes similar to what i remember having in Thailand
