Advantages
Yes, The Molasses content is less but whatever is there, it works. Boosts metabolism for sure and energises as well. I have no idea about the long term benefits but the internet says they are good. Packaging is awful and mine was no exception. Out of the two bottles, one is leaking and the other has a broken cap. No love lost here as the contents have not spilled out that much but this needs to be addressed and corrected.

I read on a blog that backstop molasses is loaded with minerals and great for hair and skin ,so have a qtr spoon everyday ,it sure has helped .Can be added to salad dressings too instead of honey. This is good quality .

Advantages
Only 5% black strap molasses rest is concentrated sugarcane juice. I wanted blackstrap molasses only which are not so sweet. If you need to sweeten the drink this is good. Obviously better then sugar.
